Interesting facts about our Admin. T eam • DMPS is staffed at the administration level at a rate comparable with districts half our size. We run lean. • Bill Good, our COO is starting his 7 th year in the district. Susie Tallman is starting her 6 th year at central office. Shelly Bosovich is starting her 5 th year at central office. • I’m just starting year 3, and everyone else started here after me.
Areas of Emphasis for ‘13 – ‘14 • Continue to improve student achievement, including closing the achievement gap • Provide more and better structured extra- and co-curricular opportunities for middle and high school students • Continue to reduce the %age of dropouts • Continue to increase the %age of graduates
