  9. Making a Difference in Missouri 1. 41% of families served in Missouri were classified as being in severe poverty, or below 50% of the Federal Poverty G uidelines. 2. C ommunity Action Agencies provided services to 264,902 Missourians in FFY 17. That’s approximately 4% of all Missourians. 3.
