Environmental Management • Monitoring: data for dust has shown that the mine has been in compliance consistently for > 12 months: HVAS 2014 – 2015 (to date): *Compliant. Depositional Dust 2014: *Compliant 2x depositional dust exceedances (Feb & Apr) due to contamination by organic matter; 1x depositional dust exceedance (May) due to contamination – deemed to be non- mining related. In any case, location where DDG located is on property with whom Charbon holds a negotiated agreement which removes limits including dust. All 2015 results to date have been in compliance. • Dust PRP: *Now Complete Condition U3 Report Submitted to EPA on 14 April 2014; Comments received from EPA on 13 June 2014; a report addressing these was submitted on 30 July 2014; Condition U1 & U2 Reports Submitted to EPA on 15 August 2014. 11
