Background  Modifications that are due for implementation into the Section 14 of the CUSC on 1 st April 2018 :  CMP264 ‘Embedded Generation Triad Avoidance Standstill’  CMP265 ‘ Gross charging of TNUoS for HH demand where embedded generation is in Capacity Market’  CMP268 ‘ Recognition of sharing by Conventional Carbon plant of Not-Shared Year- Round circuits’  CMP282 ‘ The effect Negative Demand has on Zonal Locational Demand Tariffs’ 2

Summary of Defect  A housekeeping change is required since implementing the legal text as they stand for each Modification will not make sense; a number of errors have been identified and become apparent as a result of the time passed and the development other Modifications since the earlier decisions.  The amendments are required to:  Correct minor typographical errors  Correct formatting and consistency errors  Update paragraph numbering  Update/remove incorrect references 3

Proposed CUSC Modification  This Proposal seeks to amend;  CUSC Section 14 – Charging Methodology  These are housekeeping changes and therefore have no material impact on Users as per the Fast Track Criteria. 4

Justification against Fast Track criteria Fast Track criteria Is properly a housekeeping modification required as a result of some error or factual change; including but not limited to: (a) Updating names or addresses listed in the CUSC; (b) Correcting minor typographical errors (c) Correcting formatting and consistency errors, such as paragraph numbers or (d) Updating out of date references to other documents or paragraphs. 5
