Taking attendance during Assembly 1. Chairmen to take Class Registry from General Office before heading for Assembly 2. Chairmen to mark attendance during time allocated 3. Chairmen to return class registry to General Office before First Period & inform FTs about attendance of class (whatsapp if you do not see her/him)

Taking attendance during Assembly IN THE CASE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO TAKE ATTENDANCE DURING ASSEMBLY: 1. Chairmen to take Class Registry back to class after assembly and mark attendance 2. Chairmen to return Class Registry before 8.45(first period) 3. Inform FTs about attendance of class
