The Changes are systemic SPATIAL CULTURAL Food and Drink ok. Cafe, even better. Learning starts with Librarians. Wayfinding is cheap. But PRICELESS . Autonomy, Creativity, Responsibility. Encouraging Exploration. Books are cool. Stuff in them is cooler. Librarians out from behind the desk. NO Fear of Job Loss. Security doesn't = Greeter. Empowerment . Shelves away from windows.
