Choices: RANK IN ORDER  You will need 6.0 credits in elective classes to graduate 1  Remember in order to receive an endorsement, you need 4.0 4 elective credits from the same pathway 2  Choose your top 5 elective class options – rank in order with #1 5 being the class you MOST want and #5 being the class you would LEAST want 3

  13. Choices: CIRCLE  Decide on which endorsement you will pursue. Use the symbols next to your elective choices to help you decide = Arts & Humanities Endorsement = Business & Industry Endorsement = Multidisciplinary Endorsement = Public Service Endorsement = STEM Endorsement  For example, if you selected a course with a triangle as your number one elective choice, you may be most interested in pursuing a STEM Endorsement.

  14. Choices: SIGN & RETURN  You need to sign and have a parent sign off on your course selections for next year  If you are interested in the IB program, check the box at the bottom of the sheet  If you selected any Pre-AP or AP courses, be sure to sign and have a parent sign the contract on the back of this sheet  Bring your completed forms back to us when we return to your campus and meet with you during your History class next week –  Williams MS: February 10 th  Utley MS: February 17 th
