Building Georges River Council – Building a new organisation • Rebuilt the organisation from the ground up • 81% increase in staff engagement • 89% resident satisfaction with performance • 95% of capital projects delivered on-time/within budget • 100% systems integration – better services, less costs • 42 new policies adopted and 500 procedures mapped Kick-started a number of community facing projects: • Smart Cities Round 1 pilot • Customer Experience Improvements • Community Infrastructure projects • Generating > $10.5m in funding flowing into the LGA
