Tipner and Horsea Island – Next Steps • Tipner East – Radian to submit detailed planning application for 80 homes on former PD Fuels site • Tipner East – HCA and TRC to resolve land in joint ownership • Tipner East – TRC to commence enabling works • Tipner West and Horsea Island – gathering information through surveys and site investigations, consultation with stakeholders including Defra • Tipner West and Horsea Island – Atkins appointed and are working with PCC to submit a scheme for outline planning permission in 2016; to include land remediation, flood defences, public utilities, roads and bridge • Aiming for start on site 2017 • Country Park – Veolia to implement landscaping in accordance with planning conditions, aiming for completion in 2017
