Land Use Policy Review • The Greenbelt Advisory Board (GAB) prohibits any use of Greenbelt property to support or facilitate activities occurring off-site of the greenbelt property. Staff will enforce the GAB’s prohibition and will at each regularly scheduled GAB meeting, inform the GAB of each time this is enforced. If the landowners disagree with staff’s enforcement, they have the right to petition the GAB and/or Council to request review of the issue. • Staff shall review requests to change any use of Greenbelt property from what was originally proposed and approved as part of the Greenbelt application and Grant Agreement. Any uses deemed “adverse” will be sent to the GAB and Council for consideration, and necessary approval outlined in the ordinance. Staff will inform the GAB of any instances when staff made a determination that the proposed use is not adverse.
