  17. CENTRO SHALOM TIJUANA- NEW TEMPLE BUILDING PROJECT July 29, 2014 Dear Keith, On behalf of the Centro Shalom Board of Directors which met on July 19, 2014 we would like to thank both you and Pastor Salvador for the status report regarding the design on the new Temple. The Board is unanimous in our support of your recommendation to proceed with the contract with Construccion De Acero Estructural S.A. de C.V. for the design and build of the new Temple. While we have limited funding at this point we all are in agreement to proceed with the design engineering work that you have identified. Other phases will need to be funded as we have resources to proceed and we all are committed to raising additional funds for such an important project. We are enthused to receive the promotional material which you will develop to help us with our fund raising activity. Keep us all appraised of your progress and do not hesitate to call on any one of us for support and assistance. Thanks again for your involvement, Lynda Meyer President- Board of Directors Centro Shalom, Tijuana
