• Our main objective with this marketing campaign is to reach hard to enumerate populations and educate them on the importance of their participation in the Census for 2020. • The campaign's message will express inclusion, security, trust building, Project community, and empathy. • • We will work with community Approach leaders within each hard to enumerate zones ( Pastors, African-Americans, local Haitian business leaders, millennials, Hispanic Vote, faith based, Homeless, etc.) • Our media strategy is to distribute digital media content throughout Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and webmail), Traditional media (billboards, marketing materials (flyers, wristbands, plastic cups, etc.)
