Barry O’Donnell MRICS Fergus Jack MRICS FNARA Oliver Chapman MRICS Barry has worked in the UK property market since 1997 and Fergus has worked in the property industry for 12 years, Oliver has been in the industry for 10 years, working for bought and sold investments the length and breadth of having joined DTZ following seven years as an army market leading practices including Cushman & Great Britain and Ireland. He has had a diverse career officer. Fergus headed DTZ and latterly Cushman & Wakefield. Oliver brings a diverse skill set to the team, spending nearly 10 years at JLL where he worked in their Wakefield’s Restructuring Team recovering over £1bn having focused on Asset Management for clients such dominant portfolio investment team before setting up their for lenders over 10 years.
