Launching Your Own Business: Defining Modern Entrepreneurship (Cole Thorpe) Location: Convention Room C (Upstairs) Description: This session will focus on defining what modern entrepreneurship means and discuss how launching your own business has never been easier. If you have any interest in learning more about what it takes to be an entrepreneur, why you would want to start your own business, and the steps involved... this session is for you. Students will learn from a young entrepreneur, Cole Thorpe, who founded his first company 'Prairie Proud Apparel' this spring. Cole is a recent graduate of the Edwards School of Business in Saskatoon and will talk about modern entrepreneurship from personal experiences and leadership roles. NOTE: This is a double session, running from 10:40 am to 11:50 am 4.
