  4. School Hours • FIRST DAY - Monday August 26 th , 2019 – 8:15 am to 3:00 pm – Instruction begins at 8:15am – STUDENTS WILL BE MARKED LATE AT 8:15am • Before School ~ – 7:30 drop-off Breakfast • Dismissal is at 3:00 pm; Dismissal begins at 2:45 • Have your number ready at the back door

  5. BEFORE SCHOOL • 7:30 a.m. to 8:10 a.m. – First Day of Before School: • September 3rd • No Transportation Provided – No early drop-off!! • D oors Will NOT Open until 7:30am

  6. Attendance • Attendance – More than 18 unexcused days will affect promotion and/or summer program – Excused absences must have a doctor’s note (Doctor’s Note will only be accepted 5 days after the absence). Lateness and Early Dismissal: • – If a child is late (after 8:15), the parent/guardian must walk and sign the child in. – 3 Lateness = 1 unexcused absence – 3 Unexcused Early Dismissals = 1 unexcused absence

  7. Half-Days • Half Days – 8:15-12:30 Your child must be in school for 4 hours to count as a school day • Dismissal – All person/s must be on file. – High School Students may only pick up Pride Students. – NO MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS MAY PICK UP.

  8. School Nurse & Illness • Updated physicals and immunizations records are required. • If a child has fever, they will be sent home. A phone call will be made and someone must pick up the student. • 24 hour fever-free policy

  9. Uniform Reminders • – Pride T-shirt – Winter Time: Solid White, Blue, – Khaki bottoms ( NO SHORTS) • pants • skirts – White Socks – Solid Black or White Sneakers • OR as neutral as you can find ALL students must bring a CHANGE of CLOTHES~ underwear, socks, top and bottom. Naptime: Fitted Sheet, pillow and blanket.
