  2. Overv rview October 2018: Adoption of Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire Local Plans. Set out policies and proposals for future development to 2031. Plans include sites known as Land North of Newmarket Road and Land North of Cherry Hinton. Supplementary Planning Document for Land North of Cherry Hinton adopted at same time as Local Plans. Remainder of Cambridge East subject to Area Action Plan.

  3. La Land North of f Newmarket Road – ‘ Marleigh ’ LAND NORTH OF NEWMARKET ROAD Nine phases of development. Most of the infrastructure and community facilities to be delivered in first phase. Site wide design code approved in September 2018. First phase being delivered by Hill as part of a joint venture with Marshall.

Outline planning application submitted – all matters ‘reserved’ except means of access onto Coldhams Lane, Cherry Hinton Road and Airport Way. March 2019: Amendments to the planning application submitted – relate to technical issues (including noise and ground conditions).
