W HAT T HIS E XPERIENCE W AS L IKE • Novice • Unable to attend workshops, so I heavily relied on CWU’s strong backbone in logic model and outcome assessment analysis • Jennifer Lowe, Director of Research and Evaluation was instrumental • Very interesting to see the Woman to Woman program in this logic model framework • Discovered a few things I’d like to present to the program director as improvements to our outcome assessments
W HAT I LEARNED ABOUT OUTCOMES ASSESSMENT • Keeps you purposeful • Maintains integrity of organizational and programmatic mission • Reminds you that even the little “wins” are worth measuring • Provides a framework for intangible gains to be measured
