Meeting Purpose • Answer questions, share observations, and document feedback on report findings • Identify potential solutions that may be implemented on the following schedule • Short-term (2015, early 2016) • RNC (July 18-21, 2016) • Medium-term (late 2016 and beyond)
Goals • Enhance bus use of shoulder by transit agencies in District 12 • Identify constraints • Plan to enable implementation including time frames for action

Criteria • Minimum BOS segment lengths of 1 mile • Shoulder widths equal to or greater than 11 feet • Shoulder width equal to or greater than 10 feet if less than 0.1 mile segments. • Encroachment of support foundations or catch basins not factored into feasible segment evaluation • Rumble strips not factored into feasible segment evaluation
