  2. Section 1: Methodology • A new urban design analysis for 25 MILS precincts in Brunswick • Site by site analysis for sites: which are not already within the DDO, or where no height is specified in the DDO

  3. Methodology In proposing other controls: In proposing the new preferred • edge condition (streetwall & setback): street enclosure, building height: overshadowing, strong street character • Visual review analysis for all precincts • ground floor character (frontage) • Review of surrounding preferred heights strong presence of economic activity, and individual street character strong residential street character • Review of any other relevant overlay interface to open space controls including heritage overlays • Site depth and width consideration • Preferred future character consideration including MlLS category.
