President Hinton’s Annual Goals Attain fundraising goal of $18M • Complete Vice President for Institutional Advancement search – Review and refine centennial campaign goals and strategy – Ensure the feasibility of the goal, articulate the case, and finalize the timeline of the campaign – Carefully review and refine, as needed, the IA operations to ensure alignment with best practice – Define and achieve, for 2014 ‐ 2015, Coordinate Relationship goals • In partnership with Michael Hemesath and CSB/SJU board chairs, determine priorities for coordinate – relationship and achieve goals Joint board orientation • Joint faculty/staff campaign • Plan for joint reunion in 2016 with shared event in 2015 • Develop a budget for 2015 ‐ 2016 that (1) provides for capital improvement budget and (2) enables a transfer • quasi endowment Need to determine specific financial metrics with Sue Palmer – For 2015 ‐ 2016, capital improvement budget is priority –

Michaela and appropriate trustees, begin mission task force to look at what is – working to integrate legacy and what gaps exist
