Mr. Frank Tusar is the CEO of Blockey with a Ph.D. in Finance from Oxford University. He is an expert in financial derivatives and financial transactions. He joined BlackRock, Inc. as the Strategic Director, and was responsible for developing strategic plans and innovating products. In 2015, he entered the blockchain industry and founded Blockey. In 2018, Frank has envisioned the future trend of blockchain, and thanks to his professionalism in the financial field and his insight into the future development of the world, he developed a clear strategic development plan and conducted a feasibility study to transform Blockey into a digital currency broker, heading towards the goal of becoming a “Morgan” in the blockchain field.
