Eligibility Transition - General All eCommerce associates enrolling during AE will • be eligible for their respective plans effective 1/1/18 Part-Time/Temporary Associates Cannot cover a spouse or partner • Hired Before 12/31/17 • – Immediately eligible for benefits effective 1/1/18 Hired On or Before 10/5/17 • – Will be measured for 2019 eligibility in the annual measurement performed on 10/5/18 Hired After 10/5/17 • – Will remain eligible through 2019 and will be measured for 2020 eligibility during the annual measurement performed on 10/5/19 2

Eligibility Transition – Medical/Dental Associates currently enrolled who enroll in • Walmart’s plan effective January 1, 2018, the 12 month wait for transplant, weight loss and orthodontia waived. Associates currently eligible but not enrolled who • enroll in Walmart’s plan effective January 1, 2018, their original hire date will used to determine the 12 month wait for transplant, weight loss, and orthodontia. Associates not currently eligible, we will administer • the 1 year wait for transplant, weight loss and orthodontia. 3

Eligibility Transition – Life Insurance Annual Enrollment will be treated as the initial enrollment. • Associates currently enrolled in life insurance, we will • honor their current coverage amount with no proof of good health required. If existing amount is not equal a Walmart plan amount, we • will round up If Associate elects more than current coverage amount, • proof of good health will be required. Example Associate has $80,000 in life insurance coverage • currently. They can elect $100,000 of Optional Life Insurance (rounded up) with no proof of good health. Any amounts elected above $100,000 will require proof of • good health. Note: Prudential will house the current coverage amounts. If POGH is required, Prudential will send an email or letter after AE with instructions on how to complete the POGH questionnaire. If no POGH is required, Prudential will approve the amount. 4

Eligibility Transition – Disability Full-time hourly Associates currently eligible, • whether enrolled or not, who enroll in Walmart’s plan effective January 1, 2108, the eligibility wait for disability will be waived and coverage will be effective immediately. Full-time hourly Associates not currently eligible, we • will use their original hire date to determine their eligibility wait for Walmart’s coverage. Coverage will be effective 12 months from their hire date with the previous company. Salaried Associates disability coverage will begin • January 1, 2018. Associates must enroll in Long- Term Disability. 5
