Example of RPL Exemptions Exemptions from Previous Guiding from GGA Passport Activities / Scouting Training (Reading and reflections must still be completed)   Being part of Guiding Guiding Orientation Youth Members Webinar New Leaders who have been youth members for at least one year of the previous three years.   Being part of Guiding Guiding Orientation Junior Leaders  Being part of Guiding in Australia Webinar  Youth members who have completed Leadership Trefoil Delivering the AGP (specified activities) 3 or Leadership Focus.  Being a Leader of your Unit  Being Safe (specified activities)  Being part of Guiding Overseas Leaders  Being a Leader of your Unit Leaders who were qualified Guide Leaders in another country.  Being a Leader of your Unit Scout Leaders Leaders who are qualified Australian Scout Leaders.   Exempt from all Passport activities, reading Guiding Orientation Leaders from other and reflections as already a qualified Leader Webinar Australian States   But, will need to meet State or Territory Leadership Qualification regulations as part of the Induction process. Training Leaders who gained their Leadership Qualification in a different Australian state.

  26. 5.2 Being Part of Guiding in Australia Title & Aim The aim of this module is to ensure you know how Guiding in Australia is organised and most importantly how your Unit fits into your District (or Region) and State/Territory. The activities in this module encourage you to make contact with other Guide Leaders. New Leader to Reading Reading to complete & discuss record LP initial & date date completed Leader’s Handbook , Chapter 3, Being Part of Guiding in Australia Date completed/or Training to complete Certificate Training exempt Guiding Orientation (sign-off for Module Being Part of Guiding too ) Participation Certificate Activities signature Activities to complete & date 1. Discuss with your Key points from discussion with Learning Learning Partner Partner: what the Promise and Law mean to you. Ask your Learning Partner to sign your Learning Passport.
