Introduction ● ATLAS TiCal is composed of: 4 Particions 64 Modules 48 Channels ● Modules are formed by layers of scintillator and layers of steel. 3
The light porduced for the scintillator is conduced to photomultiplier tubes (PMTs) for fibers. PMTs produce a electrical signal, transmitted to ROD (Read-Out Drivers) 4
● The signal pass for 3 CTP levels (Central Trigger Processor). ● The energy of all channels is reconstructed in the ROD during the first trigger level (100 kHz; 10 µ s). ● Each 10 µ s, you get 7 samples with information about Amplitude, Phase and QF (Quality Factor). ● After, the signal passes to CTP Level 2 (signal of 2 kHz), then it passes to CTP Level 3 (signal of 400 Hz). 5
Objective Analyze the ntuples obtained for: DSP (Digital Signal Processors) and OPT (Optimal Filtering). 6

Conclusion ● The results are the expected. ● Errors are due to low statistical. ● The results of online (DSP) and offline (OPT) methods are compatibles. 11
