AT THE WHEEL OF YOUR GS EXPERIENCE A UNIQUE ADVENTURE ON THIERRY SABINE’S FOOTSTEPS… Discover Morocco , Mauritania and Senegal and tackle this challenge on your GS by riding on the tracks of the most famous legendary rallies to join the mythical Lac Rose , at your own pace, without chrono. The GS is known to be the best large trail bike to cross these countries with landscapes only Africa can offer, along with its unique ancestral cultures. The participants will benefit from the logistic of one of the biggest rally-raid in Africa, the AFRICA ECO RACE , from the 2nd to the 17th of January 2021 . Every night, the participants of the AFRICA RAID GS will gather up in a dedicated convivial structure, in an authentic bivouac, in the middle of nowhere. At dinner time, they will join the caravan of the AFRICA ECO RACE where the various actors of this unique rally can mingle and discuss their experience of the day. At the head of the organization of the AFRICA RAID GS and the AFRICA ECO RACE, these two world- known adventures: Jean Louis SCHLESSER et René METGE . Their motto: change of scenery, endurance, mutual aid and conviviality . The participants will experience a unique event… a once in a lifetime adventure to fulfil your travelers' soul!

After the administrative and safety material checks in Menton, the participants will take the Official Start of the rally in MONACO before boarding the boat with all of the caravan of the AFRICA ECO RACE, straight to MOROCCO. *CHECKS MENTON

MOROCCO BETWEEN MOUNTAINS, DESERT AND SEA For 5 days, the drivers will ride more than 3 000km on the rolling tracks but also some authentic breath-taking landscapes such as: Zagora in the region of the Valley of Drâa. A region filled with oasis • and palm grove. Lac Iriki, famous for its dried up lakes between Foum Zguid and • M’Hamid , Smara in the province of Laayoune, Boujdour and Tarfaya, on the • shores of the Atlantic Oceans. Dakhla, international kite surf heaven • After a rest day in Dakhla to recharge your batteries, the participants will across the border to join Mauritania. ON THIERRY SABINE’S FOOTSTEPS…

MAURITANIA THE EYE OF THE SAHARA For 6 days, you will travel around the West of Mauritania. You will ride on rolling tracks towards some more sandy paths alongside the Sahara desert and its pink, yellow and white dunes, its winding canyons, tabular plateau, green oasis stuck between 2 humongous cliffs.

Then direction Chinguetti and Atar on the desert plateau of the Adrar which beholds some of the most famous libraries in the world with books dating back to 9th Century. You will be able to meet the local population and discover their culture. One of the rare countries where we can still taste infinite spaces, the illusion of a liberty without limit.

SENEGAL A CULTURALLY RICH EXPERIENCE You are nearly at the end of your adventure. Before arriving at Saint Louis, where the entire caravan rally will setup bivouac for the last night of the rally, you will ride close to the Rosso and Diama dike, alongside the « Senegal » river, withholding a beautiful fauna; pink flamingos, pelicans, warhogs …

The next day, back on the road, direction Lac Rose. Along the 350km separating these two locations, you will cross several colored villages and baobab forests before a return to civilization. After these intense 6 000km, you will arrive at the Lac Rose, final destination of this adventure. Driving up on the podium setup on the shores of the lake, will be the opportunity for all the heroes of this unique African adventure, to be congratulated and applauded by their entourage, the fans and sponsors present.
