  2. SCHOOL ARRIVAL INFORMATION Schoo ool Day 7:40 AM to 2:50 PM Arriv ival al Students can arrive on campus starting at 7:00 AM. 5 th Gr waits in the café in the morning at their Homeroom table. Students are picked up to go to class at 7:30 AM. Announcements start at 7:35 AM. Tardy Bell rings at 7:40 AM. Class begins PROMPTLY at 7:45 AM.

  3. SCHOOL DISMISSAL INFORMATION Di Dismissa smissal School pack up and preparation to dismiss starts at 2:50 PM. Bus dismissal starts at 2:55 PM. Bike Riders are dismissed at 2:55 PM. Walkers are dismissed at 3:00 PM. Parent Pick Up students (car riders) are dismissed at the front of the school at 3:05 PM. We ask that changes in transportation home be communicated to the front office by 12:00 so we can ensure your child receives the message ( unless there is an emergency). Students will not be signed out after 2:15 PM (unless emergency arises.)

Students cannot charge in the negative at the Snack Bar.

  5. SPECIAL CLASSES/ELECTIVES Students have 2 Electives Periods (45 Min each)  Fine Arts Period-  Intro Band, Intro Orchestra, Intro Music, Intro Art  PE 3 Days/Tech 1 Day/Library 1 Day  Appropriate Shoes need to be worn on PE days

  6. PLANNER  Planners are used as a communication tool between students, parents and teachers. They will be available the first day of school.  Students write their daily assignments and homework assignments in their planner.  Please check and sign the planner at least once a week.  Used as an integral part of our School Wide Reward System.

  7. MAKING NEW FRIENDS  Wilder offers many extracurricular activities for students (Clubs).  Information will go home at the beginning of the school year.  We encourage students to get involved.

  8.   9. CELL PHONES AND E-READERS Cell Phones should be off and stored in backpacks during the school day. Phones are available in the office and in classrooms for students to call home if needed. Smart Watches are allowed as long as the student is not using it during the school day. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW…  Dress Code Reminders (short/skirt length)  Leggings (MUST have an appropriate outer garment- must cover the bottom when seated)  No Tubes Tops and Tank straps must be 3 fingers wide  Bikes- Locking Bikes at the Bike Rack, Bike and Pedestrian Safety  Wilder is a BYOD Campus (Bring Your Own Device)  Classes with later lunch times can have a Snack brought from home (healthy, prefer no chips and no candy)

BACK TO SCHOOL  School Supplies Lists will be posted on our website and will go home at the end of the year with students.  Look for the Ba Back ck to School chool Em Emai ail l in August with Meet the Teacher information (Date TBA- will be either August 12 th or August 13 th )  Class Lists will be available the night of Meet the Teacher in the Café (after Meet the Teacher in the Front Office- please call or stop by).
