Grading
May 1 - June 9 is the fourth quarter grading period. ❏ Courses issue 1 - 2 grades per week. ❏ All grades collected before May 1 will be exempted. ❏ Grading Student efgorts will not negatively afgect their grade. ❏ 4th quarter grades will not offjcially be added in PS ❏ period UNLESS in a HS credit course. Parent conferences around performance will be from ❏ June 8 - June 10.

Students in HS credit courses will determine their final course grade with parents, counselors, and GLAs. If the students cannot be reached to make a choice, they will be permitted to do so after school buildings re-open. HS Course Grading Options 1. Maintain the numeric grade they had on March 13 and receive course credit. 2. Use the improved grade from remote learning and receive course credit. 3. Accept the general PC19 (pass) course grade and receive course credit. 4. Accept the general WC19 (not pass) course grade without course credit. *HS credit courses will also offer opportunities to improve grades between May 1 - May 29.

May 20th : Student medication pick-up. Nurse Dawn will be in the car rider circle from 8:00am - 2:00pm. Parents will not have to leave their cars. May 25th - No School Important June 1-5: Instruments (8th graders only), Library books, ELA Dates course trade books, ELA classroom novels returned to bus lot. M-W-F 8:00 – 10:00; T-Th from 11:00 – 1:00 June 8-10: Team Parent Conferences from 8:00-12:00 & 1:00-3:00 (No Student Check-ins This Week). NOTE: Chromebooks are only being collected from students who are leaving the district. Otherwise, they will be returned when students come back to school.
