Students will have the opportunity to create a path towards graduation that is individualized to allow them to realize their post-secondary goals By the end of the student’s 9 th grade year, they will need to have a personal graduation plan on file with the counselor to ensure these goals are met.
Wha t yo u will ne e d to do b e fo re HS b e g ins • Make an appointment with the High School Counselor • Gather the following documents: • 8 th grade Final Report Card • 8 th grade HS Transcript (from ACA) • 8 th grade PGP (Personal Graduation Plan) from ACA • 8 th grade PGP Worksheet (from meeting with Mrs. Greathouse) • HS District Enrollment forms (new to district) and any required documentation they require (specifics found on their website) • Any Special Services documentation (504, SPED, ESL, etc) from ACA • Student will need to declare an Endorsement at meeting with Counselor (this will help determine electives)
