  10. 6302.1 The Commission may remove a vessel from areas under its jurisdiction that: (1) – create a hazard to navigation - other vessels or property (2) Poses a significant threat to public health, sensitive habitat, wildlife, water quality - or constitutes a public nuisance. (3) The Commission may remove a vessels that has been placed on state lands without its permission.

  11. 1 – 30 day notice attached to the vessel 2 – Use reasonable means to indentify and located owner 3 - If owner identified give written notice If no response the vessel is abandoned as a matter of law and the Commission may dispose of the vessel. Owner can reclaim the vessel with payment of costs
