Support the implementation Flexible Flow Management Plan • Built a large constituency of Delaware River basin-wide advocates • Successfully advocated for two new programs in the 2017FFMP that address thermal crisis issues and dangerously erratic water releases from the NYC DRB reservoirs • Secured a citizen advocate seat on the newly re-established Sub Committee on Ecological Flows of the Delaware River Basin 118 W.
