  7. But smaller donors provide a larger share of their bilateral aid to LDCs

  8. Only nine DAC countries met the 0.15% of GNI target for aid to LDCs in 2009

  9. IDA and EU institutions have been the key multilateral donors

  10. Aid goes mainly to social sectors (education, health, water supply).
