Canterbury University – Engineering and Science Careers Fair – 10 May ‘17 Several hundred students filed past our site at the Canterbury University Engineering and Science Career fair in May with plenty of questions about the work carried out by public works engineers and scientists. We’re looking for 500+ graduates every year !

  4. 21 June Board Meeting • IPWEA (Aust) to review constitution & target adoption by AGM on 12 Oct 2017. Sam to report back to September board meeting. • IPWEA website refresh by end of 2017 – improvement ideas welcomed. • Election of new President Samantha Gain, also appointed to Australasian Audit and Risk committee. • Appoints Sam Gain, Myles Lind, John Mackie, Priyani de Silva-Currie and Al Monro as the executive sub-committee. • Myles Lind appointed as Vice-President. • Delegates for Australasian Conference Perth, August 20 -23, 2017.
