Participation •Football – Between 30 and 50 (up slightly from last year) •Hurling x •Fundamentals – average 35 per night (up from about 25 last year) •After Schools – 30 sessions x 23 kids •Cúl Camp – 143 (up from 130 last year)

Code of Conduct Young people are entitled to Be safe Be happy, have fun and experience a sense of enjoyment Be treated with respect Comment and make suggestions in a constructive manner Be afforded appropriate confidentiality Be listened to Be believed “ Cumann Lúthchleas Gael believes that a youth centred approach should be adopted by everyone involved in the promotion and development of Gaelic games at underage level .” Con Magees GAC is very much aligned with this ethos.
Code of Conduct •Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every player •Be positive during coaching sessions •Be punctual, properly attired and lead by example •Don’t shout at or lecture players or reprimand/ridicule children when they make a mistake. •Praise and reinforce effort & provide positive feedback. Alcohol & Substance Abuse •Con Magees have introduced a Alcohol and Substance Abuse Policy •Aims •To develop a consistant approach to drug related issues. •To develop ways to address drug-related isseus at events controlled by Glenravel GAC. •To establish clear procedures for managing drug- related incidents. •Can be found on Admin section of Club WEB Site.
