  8.  Training Programmes: * The “ Emerging Countries Civil Aviation Training Programme ” in Oct. 2014. * Participants: 18 Experts from 6 Countries * Expenses: Provided by Turkish Cooperation & Coordination Office (TIKA)

  10.  Aviation Safety in Africa is critical importance for Turkey.  Qualified personnel is key & training demands of African States  Either bilaterally or together with ICAO.  Turkish DGCA is pleased to contribute to ICAO efforts.  Turkish Airlines ’ contribution :  40 RT Tickets (50% off)  Use of ICAO AFI experts/personnel  THY network
