  12. • At the end of Phase 1 the Office of School Leadership and WestEd will report back to WCSD Board of Trustees in April 2020 with a summary of the results of Focus Groups, Surveys, and Next Steps Interviews • At the end of Phase 2 the Office of School Leadership and WestEd will present to the WCSD Board of Trustees the goals and approaches to the goals for attaining the desired outcomes. 12
