About us General Manager MASSIMO SALERNO 1998 – I inaugurate and launch an important laboratory of confectionery and gastronomy, starting my career as general manager for events and banqueting, especially for wedding branch. 2009 – Start managing the food and beverage department in the Luxury Hotel “Castello Chiola” in Loreto Aprutino (Abruzzo, Italy), being able to immediately triple the number of events, gala dinners and weddings. 2013 – Assume the Hotel Mercure Roma West management of Food & Beverage department in the Restaurant De Gustibus, to improve performances and tune its development to the goals of the entire structure. The very good results obtained have been appreciated by the company which observed an increasing turnover.
About us Staff Everyday Banqueting staff is formed by young professionals and long-standing experienced partners, efficiently able to deal with any event with a particular inclination for food culture. Chosen staff for organizing, controlling and coordinating events: professionals with degrees in Tourism Science, Foreign Languages and Nutritional Science for the welcome care and the right interpretation of food. Wedding planner for the refined and elegant care for the organization. Maître and waiters from the greatest schools trained to organize the best service. In the kitchen , our menus and their creation are assigned to Marianna De Palma, a specialist of gourmet sensory techniques, who applied her knowledge by working as chef . Her contemporary cuisine meets the taste of the moment without losing sight of the history of cuisine and its cultural development.

About us De Gustibus, Hotel Mercure Roma West restaurant De Gustibus, the restaurant of the Hotel Mercure Roma West , is the ideal venue for an elegant and special wedding. Our ceremony master Mirko will receive You for the welcome drink, while the chefs Marianna and Stefano are preparing the perfect banquet matching the menu You picked. The banquet hall is 200 sq.m. and has 180 seats, divided into two areas. We will be glad to offer You our suite for the wedding night and a good stay for Your guests. For particular recurring events, parties or weddings, the seating capacity can be extended up to 550 thanks to the halls Domus Aurea (220) and Romolo & Remo (330). The restaurant also serves the 2000 sq. m. congress centre, providing 16 meeting halls , fully equipped and ideal for conventions, with a seating capacity of 800.
