My point is that no matter what hopes and assumptions we make about our trainees we may always be surprised. Educational needs vary but good curriculum covering training should be offered to all trainees.

Potential gaps identified were mapped to learning opportunities. Development of study days e.g. Paediatrics, O & G and other teaching.

A GP Surgery bread and butter walk through cases. ( particularly Post natal issues ) This has now been running for several years so content has been tweaked based on feedback.
