Pilot - Rehabilitation in the Home 2013 Flinders University / SA Health collaboration > 86% patients consented (n = 61) > High levels of consumer satisfaction > Doubled direct patient contact time > Halved travel time > Age & experience with technology not a barrier
Statewide Transforming Health Reforms Telerehabilitation • Formation of the Statewide Telerehabilitation Team • “At the elbow” support teams embedded into each adult Local Health Network Expension • Significant investment into hardware and software infrastructure and peripherals. 2013 2019 2017 Flinders University NBN Trial Business as Usual Pilot conducted by the Southern Adelaide Local Telehealth is now available to Health Network (LHN) and Flinders University. The patients across Rehab services pilot was based on providing rehabilitation to regardless of LHN consumers in their own homes, using off the shelf technology .

Teams include Program Manager Administrative Officer – admin support ICT Officer – technical support Clinical Lead: Clinical Lead: Nursing Allied Health Nursing Coordinator – • Enhance access to specialist rehabilitation support clinical support • Ensure consistency across the state, engage in service improvement • Assist with education, training and resource development
