89 NORTH – THE PREMIER PARTY SPACE IN PATCHOGUE EVENT INFORMATION Event reservations must be made at least 6 months in advance, and dates available are on a first-come, first-served basis. One-third (33%) of the site fee will be due and payable at the time of booking, followed by one-third payment (33%) 3-months prior, and balance due one week prior to the event. Reserve Date Fee: $250, refundable up 90 days prior to event (will be applied to total cost) Security Deposit: A security deposit of $300 is due and payable two (2) weeks prior to the event. This fee is to insure against any damage to our property and also any unacceptable clean-up of the space. Should the town of Patchogue install pay meters, 89 North will NOT be responsible for parking fees. Garbage Removal & Cleanup: It is the responsibility of the host and the caterer to remove garbage.
