Economic Outlook � Here in WA we have been deemed “Essential” � Can Allow Showings � No Open Houses � Only 2 in a Property at a time � Do everything remotely that we can. � The Market Slowed about 30%, but stabilized and is now growing. � We track each of the following daily: � New Inventory � New Pendings � Price Increases/Decreases � New Cancellations/TOMK � Closings

Economic Outlook � This then allows us to speak intelligently about the market: � 41% Increase in New Inventory from the week of 3/30 to the week of 4/6 � Historically there is a jump in showings of 10% following Easter, but this year it was 29% � Which indicates that there is pent up demand � We can speak to the 30% decline in listings to the stabilization to the return!
