Learners can use ILPs to: Take ownership of their own learning Recognize the value of prior experiences Make sense of how they learn Identifies and understands then removes barriers to learning Measures their own success.
To meet the needs of every student across the entire learning continuum, a personal learning plan will be developed for each student. Each plan will identify personal interests and personal learning targets. Students and teachers will work together to develop these plans. Started with my AA and Special ED. AA 2 Days of computer lab time to set up profile pages 4 desk top computers in back of classroom for rotated daily student use 15 minutes per day during A.A. Incentivized completion at home with PBIS - “Wheels tickets”
