Day of Competition Schedule Typical Schedule (all times approximate and are adjusted based on our performance time) 10am – 1pm Rehearsal at Leigh 1 – 1:30pm Load trailers 1:30 – 3pm Eat, Shower, Change into Travel Uniform (at home) 3pm Load Buses and Travel to Show Site 4/4:30pm Arrive, Unload Trailers, Use Restroom 5pm Eat Dinner, Change, Get ready for show! 6 – 7:15pm Warm up and walk to Gate 7:15-7:30pm Gate (Staging for Performance) 7:30pm Show!! 7:30-8pm Wrap up with Staff 8pm Change out of Field Uniforms; Load Trailers; Dessert provided 9pm Watch remaining bands and Awards Ceremony 10/10:30pm Return to Leigh

How Parents Can Support Students Help out in one or more ways: Super Saturday Support (drinks/snacks/minor first aid) Operations (moving equipment, building props, fixing things…) Uniforms (sizing and making sure students look great) Food (keeping students fed on long competition days) Communications (Newsletters, Website, Photography, Social Media) Fundraising (help organize various events, sponsorships) Color guard (help with uniforms, equipment specific to guard)
