Recommendations ▰ Recommendation 1: Each EMRB member municipality should review their current Fire Service Bylaws to maintain relevance with their current operations. ▰ Recommendation 3: EMRB member municipalities should share their list of resources, which should be accessible to all EMRB member municipalities. ▰ Recommendation 6: Fire departments within the Region should join to develop a Regional Recruitment Program. ▰ Recommendation 7: Fire departments within the Region should seek arrangements to provide Direct Aid or a ‘Borderless Service’. 22
