  9. • Alyeska reports “catch basins unable to hold water above steel liner within the catch basin” – July 2008 • ADEC issues Notice of Violation for “failure to maintain secondary containment system at VMT” – July 2008 • ADEC deadline for repair completion – October 31, 2012 • Permanent repairs failed due to installation of incorrect liner – August 2012 • New liner materials are on order; delivery expected in early October – September 2012 9

  10. Alyeska contractors are finishing the replacement of a manhole in the secondary containment Cell 7 (Tanks 13 and 14). Note that portions of the Hypalon liner have been exposed and are subject to repair when the work with this manhole is finished. Informational Briefing Only. No action requested at this time. 10
