Mobile Equipment Funding Amounts Projects will be funded based on a dollar per horsepower basis determined by the horsepower of the engine in the new equipment. Please note that only wheel loaders have a separate funding allowance. Co-Funding from multiple agencies, in- cluding NRCS, is not allowed for the same equipment. Agricultural crop preparation services include only the first processing after harvest, not subsequent processing, canning, or other similar activities. For forest operations, agricultural crop preparation services include milling, peeling, producing particleboard and medium density fiberboard, and producing woody landscape materials.
