OVERALL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PILOT P PROGR GRAM Allow overnight permit / visitor parking in metered spaces. 2 hour parking on residential streets for non-permit holders (9AM-9PM) Reduce the price of residential permits/subsidize for lower income residents. 24 hour premium permits in City-owned lots. 72-hour Parking or Odd/Even Parking. Consolidate permit zones. 3 hour limit for paid parking in commercial areas. Simplify signage. Dedicated enforcement utilizing License Plate Recognition (LPR). 4
