America : (Brazil), Dominican Republic, Mexico, (United States)  Africa : (Ghana), Kenya, (Rwanda)   Global youth representation is yet to be achieved A/RES/64/130 (2009): ‘ Recognizes the need for a greater geographical balance of youth representation, and encourages Member States and intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations to contribute to the United Nations Youth Fund in order to facilitate the participation of youth representatives from developing countries.’ What is a youth delegate ?
