PMG IMPROVEMENTS Pre-scoping meeting required on all projects 1. What is the scope of work? a. Who are the key stakeholders? b. Clarify the scope c. Mandatory kick-off meeting 2. Field Review a. Mandatory progress meetings during development 3. Project work plan 4. Provide a fluid document used by the project team and that can be a. passed to another P.M. (No research needed) No changes after 60% plans 5. “Just say no” – stick to scope of work and schedule a. Risk Register 6. Identifies any risks and creates a mitigation plan, saves time and a. resources when “it” happens 7
