Nurses surveyed feel whiteboards promote patient advocacy. 0 Missed nursing care is contributed to dysfunctional teamwork. Both NAs and RNs feel there is a major breakdown in communication. Suggestions to improve communication include a joint report each shift, debriefings, and use of communication boards. 0 Whiteboards can significantly improve patient satisfaction scores
