I would like to take this opportunity to thank the 28 judges, who have volunteered their valuable time and assistance in supporting us – some of you are here today. Your contribution as a judge is important to us, as it is imperative that the Judging Panel lends different perspectives, insights and feedback to the participating organisations. To our friends from the HR Fraternity and business partners, thank you for taking the time to join us today. We are heartened to see familiar faces, and just as delighted to see new ones. Each of you represent a different cross-section of the business community, every one contributing to the success of your respective organisations, and collectively to the HR community.

OBJECTIVES OF THE AWARDS Each year, leading HR trailblazers and people management practices are honoured at the Singapore HR Awards, and new benchmarks and standards for the HR profession developed. Each Award is a distinctive recognition by SHRI to mark the successes and accomplishments of people managers.
